About the site

I started this blog to replace my Wordpress version of the domain. GAWD Wordpress has gotten kind of evil and bloated and more complicated than it needs to be. So this is a Next.js/GraphQL/headless CMS replacement. I'm really enjoying the leaning process and the technologies.

The content of this blog is just a place to document some of my work related uiWTF moments and possibly help other people out.

I work for a Fortune 500 company as a UI developer and sometimes my day to day job comes up with issues that even the almighty Google can't help with.

Between Mendix, SharePoint, and other corporate applications There should be plenty of content to add to this blog.

I'll probably add some of my outside work UI stuff too. React (mostly Next.js), Tailwind CSS, headless CMSs (Strapi and GraphCMS), GraphQL, Wordpress, and anything else that comes to mind.

I'm kind of a minimalist type of designer. So you won't see much pizzazz here. Clean and quick.
